BLUELINE is a dynamically reconfigurable processing system in modular construction.
The arrangement of the container-based processing units (modules) is individually adapted to the required treatment process. We can fall back on an an extensive product rangewhich covers almost all established process steps of the dry mechanical-physical residue treatment - all from one supplier and coordinated with each other.
The decentralized IT-based control takes place wirelessly by means of tablet.This completely new type of system control enables reproducible processing successes for different material flows. Machine parameters that have been established for a preparation process are available at any time and are set fully automatically by the system - depending on the material flow being prepared. In addition to the intelligent control system, BLUELINE also includes complete conveying and dosing technology.

LINETECHNOLOGY GmbH was founded in 2019 out of a research and development facility of IFE Aufbereitungstechnik GmbH.
Our world is in a constant state of change which is, however, more and more strongly influenced by humans, driven by economic interests and the resulting overexploitation of our natural resources. Terms such as "Circular Economy" or "Cradle to Cradle" describe visions and objectives to prevent our planet from being burdened even more by our consumer society.
For decades, IFE Aufbereitungstechnik GmbH has been developing and producing innovative machines in the field of conveying, screening, sealing and magnet technology, thus making a decisive contribution to achieving these goals in the construction of new stationary recycling units.
However, in order to enable "Circular Economy" and "Cradle to Cradle" on a global scale, a technology that makes both decentralized recycling and the processing of small quantities of industrial residual fractions economically feasible is also needed apart from central stationary processing plants.
Conceptually and under the patronage of IFE Aufbereitungstechnik GmbH, this new type of flexible processing became more and more extensive as the project progressed. Its complete implementation also made the implementation of separation technologies from other companies and thus cooperation with them inevitable.
The resulting contradiction to the existing company strategy of IFE Aufbereitungstechnik GmbH, as well as the market and the close-to-production manufacturing requirements necessary for the implementation were the decisive factors for the decision to spin off BLUELINE and the project team concerned into an independent company, LINETECHNOLOGY GmbH.
LINETECHNOLOGY GmbH will establish itself on the market as a sister company of IFE Aufbereitungstechnik GmbH, completely independent and without interdependencies, and offers modular, dynamically reconfigurable, container-based processing plants under the name BLUELINE.
